I put on Heidi’s Katana today to try to stretch it out a bit for her, and to give myself a present of putting on a bench shirt!  It’s not very tight, but it was good to have a shirt on again.  The first set with 130 my back started to cramp up before the second rep, and I loosened up when it got to the chest, so couldn’t lock it out.  The last set with 130 was much better.

I keep psyching myself out with weightlifting.  Squats felt better than I thought they would, although they still felt a bit off. I think I’ve been having my grip too wide just trying to be nice to my shoulders, but I think it’s time to bring it back in!
