I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed this morning, so I’m not sure how much time I’ll have to take off. There’s no sense in trying to push things right now, because it might compromise the healing process. Exercise isn’t recommended, so I think I’ll try to listen to that.

I missed my second c&j as my clean wasn’t high enough, and I re-adjusted it higher before jerking it. We decided to go up anyways since it was an easy jerk.

My goal for 5km was under 30 minutes, which I just made. I stopped to walk three times I believe to catch my breath, and because I noticed my pace had slowed down quite a bit. I think it’s good that I did it now. I wanted to have a time that I can compare to in the future!
