Great day.  Finished first in my class, and won best junior female lifter.  The 155.5 felt super easy.. much easier than my second did.

We arrived in Killeen, TX for bench worlds yesterday.  I’m feeling pretty good, and just did this light workout to get things moving a bit.  I lift on Thursday.

Great workout!  My previous best for Grace was 3:37.62 on May 16, 2009, so it was good to see an improvement since then!
