The squats were rough, but I guess that’s to be expected when I haven’t squat for a while… Things are feeling good though. My energy levels seem to be back up where they should be.

Great workout! My previous best for Grace was 3:37.62 on May 16, 2009, so it was good to see an improvement since then!
